Location: South Seattle, WA Hours: Monday - Friday; Day Shift    The Operations Lead holds the field crew to the highest standards in the moves, adds, and changes of furniture at customer sites. Serves as a main point of contact for both Operation Supervisors and field crew. Plans workflow, directs services, resolves issues, and manages all administrative paperwork. Works closely with Operation Supervisors and field crew to ensure customer's satisfaction.   Responsibilities: - Staff performance management, coaching, and development of field crew - Partner with Operation Supervisors to develop and revise field procedures to ensure field crew adhere to policies and procedures consistently - White glove responsibilities for escalations - Subject matter expert and quality control of overall daily duties of crew - Creative solutions to resolve problems that emerge during services - Provides leadership for field crew teams on projects with significant complexity - Effectively interacts with customers, trades, colleagues, and vendor partners - Provides training and monitoring for field crew (and vendor partners) in the correct methods and resolution of service issues - Perform tasks as assigned   Qualifications:    Education/Experience - 2 – 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in delivery and/or installation - High school diploma or equivalent required   Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Strong mechanical capability, experience in furniture, cabinetry, or flooring installation - Strong communication skills to include verbal, written and presentation - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Preferred experience of blueprints, elevations, typical and specifications - The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year leading and managing people in a team-based environment - Understanding and knowledge of services offered (Furniture industry) or willing to learn - Mindful of maintaining safety in the work environment   If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply with your resume today. Location: South Lake Union (Seattle, WA), New York City, NY, Washington D.C. Hours: Day Shift Monday - Friday    The POPs Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates activities of Splice projects with internal and external partners to ensure that the goals and objectives of each project are accomplished within scope and customer requirements.     Essential Functions- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   - Intake all POPs (post occupancy projects) requests via client ticketing system  - Vets requests to determine internal resources needed to move forward with projects  - Responsible for ensuring that project progress is on schedule and remains within scope  - Point of contact for all customer service related matters on job site  - Maintains communication with Operations on projects  - Responsible for Punch List review and for ensuring punch list items are completed  - Communicates project status with stakeholders as needed  - Coordinates crew scheduling, building access, product staging and assembly where applicable    - Attends internal and vendor partner meetings as required  - Critically thinking through issues without being assigned  - Read and interpret documents such as CAD drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals  - Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and advanced presentation skills  - Regular travel tocampus to provide onsite support preferred but not required    KEY PROFICIENCIES:    Action Oriented & Accountability: Welcomes new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. You will be on the front lines of our business, and we are looking for individuals who can bring their best and help our clients achieve their business goal in creating a functional work spaces. Responsibilities: - Work as part of a team to build office systems at client sites; assembling, removing, and ensuring the quality of a variety of high-level office furniture and related products - Communicate effectively to both internal and external business partners - Perform shipping and receiving functions as necessary using some of the latest technology to track and manage product inventory - Accurately complete and submit required paperwork such as timesheets, merchandise forms, delivery tickets, change orders and punch lists - Represent and embody our culture of innovation, creativity, and above all exemplary customer service                                                                                                                                                                                                    Qualifications:   Education/Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1 or more years of related work experience; installation of commercial office furniture experience required.
