ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Designer I is an individual contributor within the Space Planning Studio team. The Studio provides design and AsBuilt management services for all US and Canada corporate location for our client’s portfolio. Reporting to the Design Supervisor, this position is responsible for the deliverables per program guidelines and standards.

Locations: Seattle, WA (Georgetown) Day Shift: 

The Program Manager oversees high level customer engagements related to the space planning and architectural services studio, providing design related services and as-built management services for all corporate locations for our client's portfolio. Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for Process development & management, tools and training development, partner vendor relationship management, and supervision of new hire onboarding and training.  This role works in support and success of the entire design program.
