Compensation range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Essential Functions
The Design Manager is a people manager who oversees the day-to-day function of the Splice Design team, providing design services for sites across North America. This position reports to the Design Program Director and is responsible for maintaining a high level of consistency and accuracy, client workplace guidelines, and Code and ADA compliance in all designs that are completed for our client’s portfolio.
