Compensation range: $81,000-$93,000/year
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
Location: Remote, if in the Seattle area, role will be Hybrid, in office 3 days a week
OWP Benefits:
Position Overview: The FF&E Designer serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Workplace Guidelines and FF&E design, with a focus on creating functional, standards interior finish selections ready for orders. This role is responsible for developing and managing project specifications for workplace projects.
The FF&E Designer collaborates closely with the Splice Amazon Project Lead and broader project team to understand project-specific requirements, performance goals, and constraints that impact client service delivery. The designer is accountable for preparing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed FF&E packages, including furniture plans, client facing design packages, specifications, finish selections, and installation documentation, while ensuring furniture selection integrity, constructability, and alignment with client standards. This role while not Space Planning specific will involve some space planning responsibilities from time to time.
