Compensation range: $95K-$110K/year

Position Summary

The Project Management Program Manger is responsible for formulating, organizing and monitoring strategic initiatives that adhere to organizational goals. They will establish and maintain program guidelines, systems and processes necessary for a successful project delivery program. Accountable for overall satisfaction of client(s) of programs and projects under their scope. Responsible for developing, documenting, training, monitoring and related change management tasks. They will work cross functionally with both internal and external partners. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility.

 

Essential Functions

 

Team Leadership

  • Subject matter expert for Project Management process and best practices
  • Ownership of managing new hire training best practices

Client Leadership and Interface

  • Performs direct customer interface including identification of program objectives, specific requirements, and assists with budgets
  • Manages on-going relationship(s) with client(s) and vendor partners
  • Establishes and tracks program performance metrics and ensures regular client reporting, based on client requirements
  • Works with clients to understand existing standards and process, develops and revises standards and policies as needed
  • Assists clients with the development of documentation and procurement of products and services outside of the standard programs
  • Point of escalation for the program team to the client and vendor partners

Program Leadership and Compliance

  • Establishes and documents policies, processes and systems necessary for the program engagement, based on client requirements
  • Ensures that program policies, processes and systems documentation is complete and current
  • Develops program updates / changes as needed to meet client deliverables
  • Other leadership capabilities including but not limited to business planning, vision development, communication strategy and implementation, public speaking
  • Plan, execute, attend and actively participate in team meetings and in relevant vendor meetings
  • Document process flows and SOP’s of all new roles or changes to existing roles
  • Ensure all team core priorities match these outlined process flows
  • Identify and develop cost savings initiatives
  • Execute change management protocol for processes subject to adjustment
  • Maintain customer communication and plan/execute process improvement strategies and execution

Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree (or additional experience in lieu of education)
  • 5-7 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three or more years of experience in at least one of the following, Moves Adds Changes and/or Post Occupancy projects, office furniture, facility management, architectural design/space planning
